DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on orders over £500

Some exclusions will apply, according to the item.

Estimated delivery times are as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Antiques in Bath is not responsible for delays caused by the shipper or by customs clearance.

We only ship with trusted third party Art Shippers and Carriers.

Orders under £500 cost:
United Kingdom £20
Europe £30
United States £40
Rest of World £65

Estimated delivery times:

UK – 2-3 working days

Europe – 3-6 working days

U.S.A. – 3-10 working days

Rest of World – 5-10 working days.

Estimated delivery times for FRAGILE ITEMS:

Fragile items may be shipped freight with delivery expected within 4-6 weeks.

UK Delivery 
Please be available to sign for your order. If that is not possible, then you may need to rearrange the delivery.

International Delivery
Subject to confirmation and international law.
International delivery outside of the United Kingdom may incur import duties, taxes and handling fees in the destination country and as such are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid for by the customer.

CITES 
Items covered by CITES regulations require special shipping if delivery is outside the UK. Please contact us to discuss special shipping options.

Shipping costs will be covered by Antiques in Bath but the additional costs of CITES documentation and clearance will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Express shipping 
Express delivery or special delivery requirements should be requested by contacting Antiques in Bath to discuss special options. These shipping specifications will incur additional charges, which will be clearly explained to the customer.

In exceptional circumstances, or for unusually large or heavy items, Antiques in Bath reserves the right to enforce a collection only policy. This will be clearly set out to the customer at the time of order. In such a situation, we can provide advice and help to arrange the work’s delivery if requested, but ultimate shipping responsibility will lie with the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR CONSUMERS 
The following clause only applies if you are a consumer.

Upon receipt of your order, please unpack and inspect your items as soon as possible.(Preferably take pictures of the unpacking).

Consumers are entitled to return any items purchased online for a full refund within 14 days of receiving physical possession of the works.

In this situation, the customer should notify Antiques in Bath of their decision to return the order within the 14 day time period. The cost of the Insured return delivery is to be borne by the customer and the items should be returned to Antiques in Bath at 8, Bartlett Street, Bath, Somerset, U.K. BA1 2QZ in original packaging, and in the same condition as when dispatched by us, within a further 14 days from the date of notification.

Any deterioration in condition may affect the customer’s right to a full refund.

The items will remain the responsibility of the customer until physically received by Antiques in Bath.

Returns are not accepted for items bought in the Gallery. Customers should satisfy themselves about the products purchased before submitting an order, as all in Gallery sales are final.

The cost of the Insured return delivery is to be borne by the customer.

The works should be returned to Antiques in Bath in the same condition as when dispatched from us, within a further 14 days from the date of notification.

Any deterioration in condition may affect the customer’s right to a full refund. The works will remain the responsibility of the customer until they are physically received by Antiques in Bath.

We will aim to respond as quickly as possible and within 72 hours.

Items bought in the Gallery
Returns are not accepted for items purchased in the Gallery. Customers should satisfy themselves about the items before purchasing, as all in Gallery sales are final.

The following clause only applies if you are a Trade customer.

Trade customers are not permitted to return items once they have been dispatched and should satisfy themselves about the items before submitting an order, as all sales are final.
